Groups can be organised into parent and child structures that reflect how your community actually operates. Members of child Groups can automatically see announcements, discussions and resources shared in parent Groups unless configured otherwise. This means information can be shared once at the appropriate level rather than duplicated across multiple Groups.

Reduce Duplication and Keep Issues Contained This hierarchy isn’t just about organisation—it dramatically reduces duplication. Instead of posting the same update to Tower A, Tower B, and Tower C individually, you post once to Residents, and all tower members automatically access it.
