We are committed to protecting children from sexual abuse, exploitation and other forms of harm, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment for everyone who uses Mind For Me.
Although Mind For Me is not intended for children, members may create profiles, communicate with one another, join groups, and share content within the platform. These Child Safety Standards apply to all user-generated content and interactions within Mind For Me.
2. Core Platform Standards To ensure clarity on our platform’s environment and safety operations, we operate by the following core standards:
| Area of Focus | Mind For Me Policy Standard |
| Target Audience | Mind For Me is not designed for children, does not target children, and is not intended to attract children as users. The platform is primarily intended for people aged 18 years and over, although limited access may be available to eligible members aged 16 or 17 in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable safeguards. |
| Privacy by Design | Mind For Me is built around privacy and controlled visibility. Personal contact information, such as addresses, phone numbers and email addresses, is not displayed without clear consent. Members control who can view their profile and interactions, helping minimise unnecessary disclosure of personal information. |
| Emergency Escalation | Where we reasonably believe a child or another person may be at immediate risk of harm, we may contact relevant law enforcement agencies, child protection authorities or other recognised organisations for assistance. |
