Ao ligarmos mais pessoas, ajudamos a aumentar as redes de apoio \u00e0 nossa volta e, quando todos pudermos pedir ajuda de forma mais justa e f\u00e1cil, poderemos ver um impacto real!  <\/p><p> <\/p><p>Existem muitas fam\u00edlias necessitadas e esperamos chegar at\u00e9 elas atrav\u00e9s de grupos locais, organiza\u00e7\u00f5es formais e grupos que precisam de apoio. H\u00e1 muitas fam\u00edlias stressadas e sobrecarregadas, onde essa pequena ajuda proporciona al\u00edvio. Pessoas que trabalham por turnos, como as da constru\u00e7\u00e3o ou dos servi\u00e7os de emerg\u00eancia, e aquelas que precisam de tempo para ir buscar os filhos \u00e0 escola. Queremos ajudar onde quer que as fam\u00edlias possam beneficiar de um acesso mais f\u00e1cil \u00e0s suas redes de apoio.   <\/p><p> <\/p><p><b><i>Acreditamos que o custo de ajudar algu\u00e9m \u00e9 muito inferior ao valor recebido pela outra pessoa. Quando isso circula pela rede, todos ficam muito melhor. <\/i><\/b><\/p><p> <\/p><p>J\u00e1 sentiste que poderias precisar de uma m\u00e3ozinha? Pintar uma veda\u00e7\u00e3o, mudar uma l\u00e2mpada, montar m\u00f3veis? Ou simplesmente tomar conta das crian\u00e7as ou tratar dos animais de estima\u00e7\u00e3o durante um fim de semana? Podes ter uma rede de apoio mesmo ali \u00e0 m\u00e3o para utilizares!   <\/p><p> <\/p><p>Por isso, n\u00f3s pr\u00f3prios estamos a pedir uma ajuda.
