C\u2019est quelque chose de tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cieux, et on peut \u00eatre bien mieux lotis en l\u2019ayant. <\/p><p> <\/p><p>La confiance prend diff\u00e9rentes formes, \u00e0 des degr\u00e9s variables. Ce n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment une question de confiance en soi ou de caract\u00e8re, mais plut\u00f4t d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et de confiance dans les capacit\u00e9s. On peut faire totalement confiance \u00e0 un ami, mais pas pour s\u2019occuper d\u2019un enfant, simplement parce qu\u2019il ne l\u2019a jamais fait.  <\/p><p> <\/p><p>Chez Mind For Me, on nous demande parfois : \u00ab pourquoi laisserais-je mes enfants \u00e0 un inconnu ? \u00bb. Ce n\u2019est pas quelque chose que nous sugg\u00e9rons de faire, et nous disons souvent : \u00ab Tes amis, ta famille, tes voisins \u00bb. <\/p><p> <\/p><p><strong><em>Il existe des fa\u00e7ons de construire la confiance naturellement.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p> <\/p><p>D\u2019abord, tu peux construire la confiance avec tes voisins et au sein de la communaut\u00e9 en apprenant \u00e0 vous conna\u00eetre, et en commen\u00e7ant par de petites t\u00e2ches pour vous entraider. Malheureusement, dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, les gens se font moins confiance. On ne se conna\u00eet plus aussi bien qu\u2019avant. On peut rentrer directement dans son garage sans dire bonjour. On a tellement de divertissements \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main qu\u2019en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 on \u00ab fait \u00bb moins de choses. On ne sort pas voir les voisins, on ne fait plus de barbecues de rue. Il est tellement facile de ne pas se connecter et de ne pas s\u2019impliquer avec les autres, tout en ayant l\u2019impression de le faire en restant \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et en utilisant les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.      <\/p><p> <\/p><p><strong><em>On passe \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de beaucoup de choses.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p> <\/p><p>Mind For Me est un outil qui nous permet de demander \u00e0 nos voisins ces petits services. Tondre une pelouse, nourrir un chat, aider au jardin ou peut-\u00eatre d\u00e9placer des choses quand une paire de mains en plus est n\u00e9cessaire. C\u2019est une excellente fa\u00e7on de construire la confiance par petites \u00e9tapes, avec des choses qu\u2019on est \u00e0 l\u2019aise de faire.  <\/p><p>Une autre fa\u00e7on, c\u2019est que lorsque tu as quelqu\u2019un en qui tu as confiance, il y a d\u2019autres personnes en qui cette personne a aussi une grande confiance. Et m\u00eame si tu n\u2019as pas construit cette confiance toi-m\u00eame, elle peut se transmettre gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la confiance que tu as d\u00e9j\u00e0. Nous avons vu l\u00e0 une opportunit\u00e9 pour que les gens \u00e9largissent leurs r\u00e9seaux de soutien au fil du temps, donc Mind For Me propose une option, lors d\u2019une demande d\u2019aide, pour choisir de demander \u00e0 des amis ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 des amis d\u2019amis. Tu examines toujours l\u2019aide propos\u00e9e avant de d\u00e9cider, donc tu gardes le contr\u00f4le.  <\/p><p> <\/p><p>Alors rejoins-nous pour reconstruire davantage de confiance dans nos quartiers.
