Leur donner le sentiment d&rsquo;\u00eatre valoris\u00e9s, savoir qu&rsquo;ils sont capables et qu&rsquo;ils valent quelque chose cr\u00e9e un \u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit plus positif et soutenu.
