Elles sont toujours principalement guid\u00e9es par une mission sociale comme objectif principal et voient les revenus comme un moyen de s\u2019assurer que celle-ci puisse \u00eatre accomplie. Communaut\u00e9, handicap, familles, violence domestique&#8230; quelle que soit la cause, un mod\u00e8le de revenus examine o\u00f9 une autre valeur peut \u00eatre fournie en \u00e9change de revenus pour atteindre les objectifs sociaux.  <\/p><p>Mind For Me n\u2019\u00e9tait pas pr\u00e9vue pour \u00eatre une entreprise sociale, nous ne connaissions m\u00eame pas ce genre de choses, mais nous savions qu\u2019elle devait voler de ses propres ailes. C\u2019est la reconnaissance de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre viable et p\u00e9renne qui a conduit au mod\u00e8le actuel et \u00e0 notre classification en tant qu\u2019entreprise sociale. Il se passe beaucoup plus de choses en coulisses pour garantir que notre mission sociale n\u2019est pas compromise et que les objectifs peuvent \u00eatre atteints et maintenus.  <\/p><h4> <\/h4><h4><b><i>Qu\u2019en est-il de la RSE (Responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale des entreprises) ?<\/i><\/b><\/h4><p> <\/p><p>La RSE, c\u2019est lorsqu\u2019une entreprise ou une corporation minimise ou compense son impact. Cela fait partie de sa responsabilit\u00e9 envers la communaut\u00e9 et les parties prenantes externes, mais ce n\u2019est pas son objectif ou sa mission principale.
