Des enjeux comme la solitude et l\u2019isolement doivent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des solutions plus larges et plus profondes, mises en \u0153uvre ensemble.   <\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"big\">En Australie, une personne sur cinq vit chaque ann\u00e9e une forme de maladie mentale, et la plupart d\u2019entre nous en seront affect\u00e9s d\u2019une mani\u00e8re ou d\u2019une autre (<a title=\"Fifth National Mental Health Plan\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mentalhealthcommission.gov.au\/getmedia\/0209d27b-1873-4245-b6e5-49e770084b81\/Fifth-National-Mental-Health-and-Suicide-Prevention-Plan.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fifth National Mental Health Plan<\/a>, p. 5). Les personnes ayant des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale sont valoris\u00e9es et soutenues par leurs communaut\u00e9s, avec une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au sein de la communaut\u00e9. Le plus r\u00e9cent <a title=\"Fifth National Mental Health Plan\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mentalhealthcommission.gov.au\/getmedia\/0209d27b-1873-4245-b6e5-49e770084b81\/Fifth-National-Mental-Health-and-Suicide-Prevention-Plan.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fifth National Mental Health Plan<\/a> (p. 39) reconna\u00eet l\u2019inclusion sociale et le r\u00e9tablissement comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 pour r\u00e9duire la stigmatisation et la discrimination autour de la maladie mentale. Mind For Me contribue \u00e0 une telle solution, en permettant la reconnaissance de la valeur de chacun et la mise \u00e0 disposition de soutien et d\u2019inclusion sociale depuis la communaut\u00e9.  <\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"big\">L\u2019un des facteurs les plus importants de l\u2019esp\u00e9rance de vie en bonne sant\u00e9 est la qualit\u00e9 des relations sociales (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.health.harvard.edu\/healthbeat\/strengthen-relationships-for-longer-healthier-life\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Strengthen relationships for longer, healthier life<\/a>). Des recherches de Harvard sugg\u00e8rent que la sant\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle, mentale et physique peut \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des relations sociales plus riches de sens (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.health.harvard.edu\/mental-health\/can-relationships-boost-longevity-and-well-being\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" aria-label=\"Can relationships boost longevity and well-being? (opens in a new tab)\">Can relationships boost longevity and well-being?<\/a>). <\/p><h4> <\/h4><h4><strong><em>Comment trouver et maintenir des relations sociales de qualit\u00e9 ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"big\">Mind For Me propose une nouvelle fa\u00e7on de donner une raison de maintenir des relations sociales. Les besoins peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s simples et les personnes peuvent proposer leur aide pour un large \u00e9ventail de ces besoins. Cela cr\u00e9e davantage de lien social. \u00c7a permet de cr\u00e9er facilement des moments de convivialit\u00e9 autour du besoin d\u2019un coup de main, et cette approche positive et bienveillante apporte de la qualit\u00e9 et du sens aux relations qui se cr\u00e9ent. Si des personnes veulent quelqu\u2019un pour aider \u00e0 cuisiner, ou quelques voisins pour aider au jardin, \u00e7a peut s\u2019organiser facilement avec Mind For Me.    <\/p><p> <\/p><h4><strong><em>Aider pour des besoins bien r\u00e9els<\/em><\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"big\">Un autre domaine dans lequel Mind For Me apporte du soutien en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de bien-\u00eatre, c\u2019est la prise en charge de besoins moins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s. Pour les personnes moins autonomes ou \u00e2g\u00e9es, un budget est souvent pr\u00e9vu pour l\u2019aide \u00e0 la prise en charge. \u00ab Une partie des soins fournis peut concerner des t\u00e2ches du quotidien, comme nourrir les animaux ou nettoyer le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur \u00bb (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theaustralian.com.au\/nation\/politics\/neighbour-nurse-plan-a-big-boon-to-elderly\/news-story\/61b4f1aa52ad7fb6792d3bc027e0af69\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Neighbour nurse plan &lsquo;a big boon to elderly&rsquo;<\/a>). Une part importante de ce financement est d\u00e9pens\u00e9e pour des besoins tr\u00e8s g\u00e9n\u00e9raux comme l\u2019entretien du jardin, l\u2019aide \u00e0 la maison, notamment la cuisine, le m\u00e9nage, la lessive, et aussi l\u2019aide pour des choses comme faire les courses. Chez Mind For Me, nous pensons que ces domaines moins qualifi\u00e9s n\u2019ont pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre pay\u00e9s \u00e0 partir du budget de prise en charge de quelqu\u2019un. Les personnes peuvent \u00e9conomiser ce budget et mobiliser des ressources au sein de la communaut\u00e9.
