Aborda la salud mental, \u00e1rea en la que Mind For Me busca tener impacto. Aunque reducir la pobreza y el hambre ayuda a lograr salud y nutrici\u00f3n, los problemas de salud mental son diferentes. \u00c1reas como la soledad y el aislamiento necesitan abordarse mediante soluciones m\u00e1s amplias y profundas trabajando juntas.   <\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"big\">En Australia, una de cada cinco personas experimenta alguna forma de enfermedad mental cada a\u00f1o y la mayor\u00eda de nosotros nos veremos afectados por esto (<a title=\"Quinto Plan Nacional de Salud Mental\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mentalhealthcommission.gov.au\/getmedia\/0209d27b-1873-4245-b6e5-49e770084b81\/Fifth-National-Mental-Health-and-Suicide-Prevention-Plan.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Quinto Plan Nacional de Salud Mental<\/a>, p. 5). El Departamento de Salud del Gobierno Australiano reconoce que los factores van m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del Sistema Nacional de Salud para influir en la buena salud mental y la enfermedad mental (<a href=\"https:\/\/www1.health.gov.au\/internet\/main\/publishing.nsf\/Content\/B4A903FB48158BAECA257BF0001D3AEA\/$File\/finpol08.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Salud Mental<\/a>, p. 10). <\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"big\">&#8216;Inclusi\u00f3n Social y Recuperaci\u00f3n&#8217; fue una primera prioridad en el anterior <a href=\"https:\/\/www1.health.gov.au\/internet\/main\/publishing.nsf\/Content\/9A5A0E8BDFC55D3BCA257BF0001C1B1C\/$File\/plan09v2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" aria-label=\"Fourth National Mental Health Plan (opens in a new tab)\">Cuarto Plan Nacional de Salud Mental<\/a> (p. iv). Aquellos con problemas de salud mental son valorados y apoyados por sus comunidades, con un enfoque que implica un abordaje integrado dentro de la comunidad. El m\u00e1s reciente <a title=\"Quinto Plan Nacional de Salud Mental\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mentalhealthcommission.gov.au\/getmedia\/0209d27b-1873-4245-b6e5-49e770084b81\/Fifth-National-Mental-Health-and-Suicide-Prevention-Plan.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Quinto Plan Nacional de Salud Mental<\/a> (p. 39) reconoce la inclusi\u00f3n social y la recuperaci\u00f3n como un elemento clave para reducir el estigma y la discriminaci\u00f3n en torno a la enfermedad mental. (opens in a new tab)\">\u00bfPueden las relaciones aumentar la longevidad y el bienestar?<\/a>). <\/p><h4> <\/h4><h4><strong><em>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se encuentran y mantienen relaciones sociales de calidad?<\/em><\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"big\">Mind For Me proporciona una nueva forma de dar raz\u00f3n para mantener relaciones sociales. Las necesidades pueden ser muy b\u00e1sicas y las personas pueden ofrecer su ayuda para una amplia gama de estas necesidades. Esto establece m\u00e1s conexi\u00f3n social.
