Todo el mundo deber\u00eda poder conseguir ayuda f\u00e1cilmente cuando la necesite, sentirse libre de recurrir a una red de apoyo para echar una mano, y quienes est\u00e1n pasando dificultades suelen ser los que m\u00e1s necesitan la ayuda. <\/p>
