No todos los lugares son tan afortunados. Tener un sistema de bienestar as\u00ed tiene un coste. Es una red de supervivencia para muchos, pero tambi\u00e9n mantiene a las personas en su situaci\u00f3n. Para resumir algunas de las formas en que contribuimos: <\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"big\">\r\n \t<li>Empoderar a las personas a trav\u00e9s del sentimiento de ser valoradas;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>M\u00e1s tiempo disponible para trabajar;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Flexibilidad;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Reducci\u00f3n del absentismo; y<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Aumento de recursos.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><strong><em>Empoderar a las personas<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p class=\"big\">Cuando las personas est\u00e1n desempleadas, se sienten deprimidas y con una menor autoestima. Darles la sensaci\u00f3n de ser valoradas, saber que son capaces y que valen algo, crea una mentalidad m\u00e1s positiva y apoyada. Esta actitud proactiva ayuda a buscar mayores oportunidades, construir m\u00e1s conexiones y formar parte de algo m\u00e1s grande.  <\/p>\r\n\r\n<h4><strong><em>M\u00e1s tiempo disponible<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p class=\"big\">Un aspecto importante de esto es, sin coste. Hay muchas soluciones que pueden liberar tiempo, pero conllevan un desembolso econ\u00f3mico.
